Crisis communications on YouTube: Supermarket engages employees

A former staff member of the Britisch supermarket chain Asda posted a foolish video on YouTube - probably with the aim to damage the company's reputation. With the video below employees of the company responded - as far as I know a quite new strategy in crisis communications.

Websites of German Parties: Nice but inefficient (study)

The usabilty of the websites of larger German parties is quite poor. This is a result of a study of Communication Lab Ulm and Hohenheim University. Main problems: Search, navigation, comprehensibility. Winner of the website check: "Die Linke" (62%). A German summary can be found here
